Established in 1970 by Dr. Tucker Haltom and led by Dr. Darren Haltom since 2012, our practice has proudly served New Mexico families for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and support initiatives that enhance patient engagement, brand awareness, and overall practice growth.
Job Description

Haltom Orthodontics is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our growing practice. This is a part-time (approx 20 hours a month) opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, and building community connections. This role will play a key part in showcasing our patient experience, supporting office events, and helping strengthen our presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Capture photo and video content within the practice (patients, team, and office environment)
Create and post engaging content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives and office events
Coordinate and schedule lunches and community outreach activities
Support brand visibility through consistent and creative content
Collaborate with the office team to highlight patient experiences and milestones
Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation preferred
Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes
Creative eye for photography and short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule
