This practice handles sophisticated M&A and broader corporate matters within a lean, high-touch platform where associates receive meaningful responsibility early.
The group is looking for attorneys with at least 2 years of transactional experience (Class of 2022–2023 strongly preferred), trained at large law firms or comparable corporate departments.

Key Responsibilities Support and execute M&A transactions from diligence through closing.
Draft and review transaction documents and ancillary agreements.

Conduct due diligence and coordinate across deal teams.
Work closely with partners and senior associates in a lean staffing model.
Top Requirements Minimum 2 years of transactional experience (Class of 2022–2023 preferred).
Strong academic credentials.
M&A experience strongly preferred.
Experience in capital markets, credit facilities, or venture capital considered.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
