Position

Director, Regional Sales – Mountain States

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing sales team
  • Develop impactful strategies to exceed regional sales goals
  • Establish and maintain powerful connections with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and customers in your region
  • Lead your team to hit ambitious sales quotas, while using tracking systems to monitor progress, forecast growth, and celebrate success
  • Partner with Clinical Training to boost product knowledge
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top‑tier talent
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Travel up to 70% to support your team and represent Phonak

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology a plus)
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in sales management
  • A proven track record of leading successful teams
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets

Required Technical/Logistical Requirements

  • A minimum of 200 Mb/sec download and 10 Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

Compensation

This role’s pay range is between $115,000 and $150,000. The role is commission eligible.
