POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that promote the company’s products, services, and brand. This role provides coordination, organization, and hands‑on support across marketing campaigns, events, sales collateral, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and comfortable working within established processes, templates, and brand guidelines under the direction of marketing leadership.
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, print, and social media channels using approved messaging and materials
Design, update, and maintain marketing materials and internal documents including brochures, flyers, presentations, forms, proposals, and business cards using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
Ensure all materials remain consistent with company branding and approved templates
Coordinate trade shows, customer events, training sessions, and meetings, including registrations, booth materials, shipping, schedules, and post‑event follow‑up
Schedule social media posts and email communications using approved content
Coordinate with vendors for printing, promotional items, and marketing materials
Assist with creation and editing of short‑form video and digital content for websites, email campaigns, presentations, and social media
Assist with company newsletters, website updates, and internal communications
Maintain marketing databases, calendars, CRM uploads, project trackers, and contact lists
Support sales activities including quoting, customer service, and preparation of sales materials
Assist HR with internal company functions and seasonal events
Perform other administrative and marketing support duties as assigned
SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, etc.) preferred
Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools is a plus
Basic photography and video editing skills preferred
Comfortable working with databases, systems, and cross‑functional teams
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities
Regular in‑office attendance required to support collaboration with internal teams and departments
Occasional travel may be required for company events and trade shows
Performs other administrative duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, coordination, or administrative support role preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use of eyes for close vision, use hands, fingers, grasp, handle, reach, listen, talk and may need to talk on the telephone while taking notes. Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or up to 5 pounds constantly to move objects.
Although the work environment is generally quiet, the noise levels in some manufacturing buildings frequently may exceed the normal dBA. Duties can require this person to walk by foot from one building to another throughout the day.
