Gastonia, NC | Poffie Girls Bridal & Prom Boutique**Make sure you read the whole job descriptionPoffie Girls is looking to add a Social Media Content Creator to our Marketing Team to support our growing digital presence.This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who understands how to translate brand identity into engaging, high-performing social content and will work closely under the direction of our Marketing Manager.Position Overview:• Part-time (10–20 hours per week)• In-store role based in Gastonia, NC• Set schedule with weekend availability required• Position will begin as a 6-month contract role to provide additional support with the opportunity to grow into a long-term part-time position• Pay will be based on experienceKey Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):• Create and capture photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms• Plan, schedule, and publish content in alignment with marketing initiatives and events• Monitor and adapt to current social media trends to drive engagement and reach• Collaborate directly with the Marketing Manager to execute content strategy and campaigns• Capture in-store experiences including bridal appointments, prom shoppers, new arrivals, and eventsQualifications:• Proven experience in social media content creation (portfolio required)• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video trends• Experience with content planning, scheduling tools, and basic analytics• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment• Preferred: Background in bridal, fashion, retail, or the wedding industryHow to Apply:Please email workatpoffie@gmail.com with:• Your resume• Any social media accounts you currently manage or create content for• A portfolio or examples of your past work• Subject: "New Application - First & Last Name"*We are only reviewing applicants who apply this wayWe'd love to see your creativity, content style, and ability to bring a brand to life through social media.
