ABOUT THE ROLEMunicipal Apparel is seeking a Director of Growth & Performance Marketing to lead our transition from a scaling startup to a market leader. This is a "Player-Coach" role: we are looking for a strategic architect who is equally comfortable building a 3-year growth roadmap as they are diving into the weeds to optimize a campaign, set up a tracking pixel, or troubleshoot a funnel bottleneck. As a key member of our leadership team, you will move beyond tactical execution to build a scalable, data-driven growth machine — but you must be prepared to remain hands-on during this critical scale-up phase.
