We're partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning sustainable hydration company to find their first National Director of Sales. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and sales - you'll own commercial growth, build a team from the ground up, and help shape where this company goes next. The product is innovative, the mission is real, and the runway is significant.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute GTM strategy through partner networks and key account relationships, with a focus on expanding into the food service space
  • Identify and evaluate market expansion opportunities domestically and internationally
  • Lead contract negotiations on pricing and packaging; set sales targets and own reporting
  • Build and grow a sales team over time
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events; collaborate cross-functionally with marketing
  • This is a player-coach role, at least in the near term

What we're looking for

  • Deep experience in food service - this is a technical, complex, long-cycle sale and you need to understand the selling environment
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales team while still closing deals yourself
  • Background in water, sustainability, food service consulting, or contracted managed services in food and beverage - existing relationships are a major plus
  • Experience in a startup or growth-stage environment is a plus - you're comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
  • CRM proficiency required (HubSpot preferred, not required)
  • Comfortable with 50%+ travel, primarily domestic with some international
