Responsibilities
- Leading a team of Epic analyst responsible for designing, building, and supporting Epic applications to enhance clinical workflows and patient care.
- Bridge the gap between technical IT teams and clinical leadership
- Guide the team in resolving critical application issues and ensure all Epic configurations comply with regulatory standards
- Set and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) for team tasks, such as ticket resolution times and project deliverables.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus six years of progressively responsible management experience OR a combination of education and/or years of progressively responsible management experience to equal a minimum of 10 years.
