Job Description
The Pride Program is now part of Foundations Minnesota, a new entity designed to strengthen mental and behavioral health services, expand programming, and ensure long-term sustainability. The transition allows us to better meet community needs while preserving the Pride Program’s LGBTQ+ specialty outpatient track.
Foundations Minnesota is seeking a Director of Business Development and Marketing . The director is an essential member of the senior management staff responsible for directing the development and continuous refinement of the facility’s business development plan. The incumbent designs, develops, implements, and directs the business development strategic goals, philosophy, policies, procedures, and systems for the Business Development Department and the facility, in consultation with the Executive Director and other senior management staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the business development plan for the facility.
- Design, develop, implement, and direct business development strategic goals, philosophy, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Consult with executive leadership to align business development initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Oversee managed care agreements, especially with capitation and at-risk areas.
- Provide leadership in developing psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment business strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required; Master of Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a health care business development management position with measurable results and direct experience developing managed care agreements.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Knowledge of Minnesota statutes (Chapters 245G, 260E, 245A, 626.557, ) and regulatory requirements such as CARF, state, and federal regulations.
