Marketing Operations Coordinator
Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

We are looking for a dependable Marketing Operations Coordinator to keep everything running efficiently.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Strong communication and collaboration skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in budget tracking and reporting

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate creative development for multi-channel digital campaigns

Source images and assets; prepare and submit creative briefs

Manage creative review cycles, revisions, and approvals

Traffic final creative assets to internal teams and external partners

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics across channels

Prepare regular campaign reports with insights and recommendations

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign results

Maintain and update campaign budgets and spend by channel

Reconcile campaign budgets and track actual vs. planned spend

Process invoices and ensure timely submission for payment
