🚨 We’re Hiring: Social Media & Content Marketing Lead (Contract → Permanent Opportunity) 🚨
An exciting opportunity has opened up at Oceanus the Label as we continue to grow globally and build momentum across fashion, swimwear, and luxury lifestyle. We’re looking for a highly creative, social-first marketer and content lead to join us ASAP during a major growth phase for the brand.
With Miami Swim Week next week, upcoming showroom activations, and an incredible pipeline of launches, collaborations, and campaigns, we need someone who can help us maximise the moment, elevate our content output, and drive stronger conversion across social platforms.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in content strategy, social media marketing, and brand storytelling
• Someone who understands what’s already working across Reels, TikTok, UGC, creators, and performance-driven content
• Ability to identify opportunities quickly and execute fast-moving campaigns
• Experience working with creators, influencers, and digital talent
• Someone highly proactive, organised, creative, and culturally plugged-in
• A strong eye for luxury fashion, swimwear, lifestyle, and visual branding
• Understanding of conversion-focused social content and bringing product to life online
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Driving Reels, UGC, creator partnerships, and campaign ideas
• Helping build excitement around launches, events, and Miami Swim Week
• Supporting marketing strategy and identifying growth opportunities
• Working closely with the founder and wider team on fast-paced creative execution
• Helping turn social engagement into stronger community growth and sales
This is initially a contract role with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team depending on performance and fit.
