Driving operational excellence across the U.S. Public Sector Industries, the full-time Director of Sales Excellence will manage data-driven insights, collaborate with business partners, and streamline reporting to achieve revenue and growth objectives, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 100% of the time.
Key responsibilities
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mutual objectives are understood and drive successful sales outcomes
Managing projects to ensure high-quality deliverables through strategic planning and execution
Supporting the execution of a predictable Rhythm of Business (ROB) in collaboration with Sales & Enablement teams, including business reviews and performance assessments
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions
5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
U.S. citizenship verification required due to legal restrictions on supporting government agency customers
