2D Artist / Animator

I'm an indie developer based out of Seattle WA making an indie game for PC/Mac. It is a story-driven, half-adventure, half-rhythm game about (loosely) your pornography addiction.
I am looking for a part-time 2D artist/animator. Location is anywhere.
Responsibilities:
Produce 2D assets according to design specs & sketches. This will include background environments, physical objects, and characters.
Iterate on assets according to feedback; configure, rename, export for Unity.
Communicate async over Discord.
Qualifications:
1+ year working on games as a 2D artist.
A working understanding of 2D art pipelines for games.
Experience with 2D hand-drawn animation and animation concepts.
Comfortable with artistic nudity and sexual themes.
Generally speaking, an interest or passion for narrative driven and adventure games (think

What Remains of Edith Finch ,

A Short Hike ).
Note that full-scale rendering, coloring, lighting, etc

is not

needed for this role. The game we are making uses a pencil-sketch art style, and thus, final deliverables will be (mostly) in black and white with hatched shading. There will be some exceptions.
The current team is 2 people - myself and a composer, who are both working on this project part-time. I am looking for someone who can commit 0-5 hours a week for a relatively long period of time (in the ballpark of a year or 2). The amount of work week-to-week will vary - it depends on my own pace.
Compensation:
Compensation is on a per-deliverable basis and will be negotiated.
