To enhance the hiring process in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Talent Attraction Operations Manager will design and lead operational systems, standardize Talent Attraction practices, and drive continuous improvement across the hiring lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Drive operational consistency and process excellence by creating playbooks and toolkits for recruiters and hiring managers
Optimize the end-to-end hiring journey by mapping and evolving candidate and hiring manager experiences
Serve as the Workday Talent Attraction Subject Matter Expert, enhancing workflows and automation within Workday Recruiting
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in Talent Attraction Operations or People Operations, ideally with prior recruiting experience
Deep expertise with Workday Recruiting, including configuration, workflows, and reporting
Proven experience in building and scaling recruiting operations in fast-paced organizations
Strong process design and continuous improvement capabilities
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with various teams and business leaders
