What You Can Expect
Business Relationship Managers help business members and prospective business members with multiple facets within the Credit Union to grow engagement.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

5151 S 400 E, Washington Terrace, UT, 84405

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Full‑time, 40 hours per week

$21.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Generous Commission Schedule + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Cultivate and effectively manage long‑term, trusting relationships

Manage their respective geographical region

Manage and strengthen business relationships with 50–150 identified business owners

Pair corresponding Credit Union products and services with members’ financial needs

Stay up to date on all Credit Union products and services

Provide consistent member follow‑up

Comply with all regulations as required by law

Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development

Experience, Education & Certification

High school diploma required

2–3 years’ experience in new accounts and/or loans

Previous experience with business members is preferred

Strong sales experience
