2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Lead Safety & Output

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for their Harleysville, Pennsylvania location. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. You will lead a team of nine hourly employees, monitor workflows, and address any operational disruptions.
The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Standard hours are from 1pm–10pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities.
