We are seeking a Brussels-based Media Partnerships Manager to join our Revenue team of passionate and collaborative professionals, whose mission is to grow partnerships and revenue coming from memberships, content, events, communication and advertising. The ideal candidate will have an interest in EU Affairs and experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing client relationships and maintaining a robust pipeline. Main tasks and responsibilities will include
Identifying and prospecting new business partners, closely monitoring the EU Affairs market to build a strong pipeline and manage the entire sales process
Delivering sales pitches for relevant campaigns and communications actions and closing partnership deals
Managing satisfying relations with existing clients and be a brand ambassador at external events
Providing regular analysis and market feedback to make sure our offering is client‑centric
Working closely and in cooperation with other EURACTIV departments – Events, Multimedia, Project management, Marketing, finance
Monitoring results according to budget and revenue target
Job requirements / profile
1‑3 years of experience with a proven track record in business development
A University degree or equivalent through work experience or other professional qualification
Interest in the EU policy making process and stakeholder dynamics
Entrepreneurial mindset, driven and motivated by challenging targets and results
Strong organisational skills with strategic thinking
Excellent social, communication, networking and negotiation skills and team spirit, with a hands‑on and solutions‑driven work mentality
Eager to learn about media industry and media business
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
