Member Experience & Engagement Advocate

YMCA of NorthWest North Carolina in Winston Salem is seeking a Member Experience Representative. This part-time position focuses on increasing membership engagement and delivering excellent service to members and guests.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, is outgoing, and should be comfortable working with diverse groups. Critical responsibilities include member tours, processing ID cards, and addressing customer inquiries. CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire.
