The SEO Specialistopportunity:
In this role, you will:
Keep the Hendy website and app updated, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
Monitor performance and user experience, resolving issues such as broken links or errors
Maintain overall site health and ensure smooth functionality
Deliver SEO strategies that grow organic traffic and improve rankings
Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimise onpage elements and support technical SEO improvements
Track SEO performance and report on key metrics
Work with marketing teams to ensure content follows SEO best practice
Improve landing pages to boost engagement and conversions
Analyse user behaviour and site data to identify opportunities
Run A/B tests and recommend datadriven improvements

About you:
You’ll be someone who’s confident managing websites through a CMS and comfortable working with the core principles of SEO.
You enjoy digging into data, spotting what’s working (and what isn’t), and using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEMrush to guide your decisions.
You’re naturally organised, detailfocused, and able to juggle multiple updates or projects without losing sight of quality.
Collaboration comes easily to you — you like working with different teams and you’re proactive about sharing ideas, solving problems, and improving the digital experience.
If you’ve explored technical SEO, UX/UI, or conversion optimisation before, even better — but above all, you’re curious, motivated, and keen to keep developing your skills.
