We’re looking for a detail‑driven Midweight Creative Artworker to support the delivery of high-quality, on‑brand creative. Working collaboratively with a talented team of designers, photographers, copywriters and marketers to produce best‑in‑class creative solutions that reflect our brand values and resonate with our customers, you’ll take approved concepts and ensure they are accurately executed across all channels, from digital to print.
This is a full‑time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote at our Gloucester location (non‑negotiable).
Responsibilities
Produce and adapt creative assets primarily across all print outputs whilst also being able to support a range of digital assets when needed too.
Accurately artwork from design files and briefs, maintaining brand consistency.
Prepare files for print and digital outputs.
Retouch, resize, and version assets efficiently for multiple platforms.
Work closely with designers, producers, photographers and marketing teams to deliver assets on time and to brief.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail.
Support the organisation and maintenance of asset libraries and file structures.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as a creative artworker or designer (in house or agency).
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of Figma would be nice but not essential.
Strong understanding of print and digital production processes.
Excellent attention to detail and file accuracy.
Ability to work at pace and manage multiple deadlines.
Some animation or 3D rendering skills would be advantageous.
Highly organised and meticulous individual.
A team player who thrives in a busy creative environment.
Strong eye for layout, typography and consistency.
Experience with packaging.
Proactive and solution‑focused mindset – passion for food, cooking, or home/lifestyle brands would be beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
A relevant portfolio.
