Be the Best Regional Community Relations Manager You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Minimum of five years' experience in multi‑site sales training and/or management role preferred.

Knowledge and experience in the areas of Senior Housing, home health care and/or hospice.

Experienced leader with proven sales management skills; multi‑site experience preferred.

As a Regional Community Relations Manager, you will:

Effectively partner with GM, VP of Sales and regional sales leadership to identify, penetrate and transition new business and referral sources, helping agencies grow their senior living market business and deliver services within senior living settings.

Maintain a disciplined and systematic approach to sales development for RSMs, MDMs and AEs—including regular calls, meetings and ride‑alongs—to address opportunities within the senior housing market.

Work collaboratively with operations to enhance the AccentCare brand in the community, identify sales opportunities, establish relationships with referral sources and align operations and sales growth strategies.

Establish clear direction by effectively communicating the organization's sales and strategic partnership goals, priorities and professional sales standards.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies governing sales referrals and other sales‑related activities.

Acquire and apply up‑to‑date information about the post‑acute industry, the company's services, competitive advantages and opportunities by market.
