Multi-Site Property Associate — Leasing & Operations

Fairgrove Property Management in San Diego is hiring a full-time Property Associate. In this role, you'll assist the Regional and Property Managers with various tasks and ensure optimal performance for a property of 217 units. Responsibilities include marketing tasks, conducting inspections, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and clients.
Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Compensation is set at $21.00 per hour, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.
