Community Manager Full-Time | Marlborough, MA
Salary: $45,000–$60,000 + Quarterly & Annual Bonus Opportunities

What You’ll Do
Build an Exceptional Member Experience
Serve as the face of Venture X and create a welcoming, high-end hospitality experience
Build strong relationships with members, guests, vendors, and local business leaders
Anticipate member needs with a proactive, concierge-style mindset
Resolve issues professionally and thoughtfully
Help Grow the Business
Conduct tours for prospective members and support sales efforts
Assist in driving occupancy and member retention goals
Support social media initiatives, networking efforts, and local marketing campaigns
Attend community and startup events representing the Venture X brand
Lead Community & Events
Plan and execute engaging member events, networking sessions, and educational programs
Foster collaboration and introductions among members
Help create a vibrant, connected, and entrepreneurial workplace culture
Support Daily Operations
Assist with billing, reservations, move-ins, and move-outs
Oversee front desk operations and building presentation
Coordinate vendor relationships and office operations
Troubleshoot basic technology issues including internet, printing, and phones
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence throughout the workspace
Grow as a Business Professional
Participate in weekly strategy and operational meetings
Gain exposure to business operations, P&L reviews, customer experience strategy, and team leadership
Help manage and mentor team members as the community grows
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, events, sales, or business operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-starter who enjoys ownership and responsibility
Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
Professional, polished, and solutions-oriented mindset
