SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
• 8+ years of professional Front-End development experience with heavy emphasis on React.js
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript
• Direct experience working within the Financial Market domain (trading, risk, compliance, or surveillance systems)
• Solid proficiency in state management libraries (Redux or Context API)

Secondary (Good to Have):
• Experience handling real-time data streams and integrating REST APIs for data-intensive applications
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, web performance optimization, and responsive design
• Ability to mentor junior developers and establish frontend architecture best practices

Operating in a hybrid model, this individual will play a vital role in building high-performance, real-time user interface applications dedicated to monitoring, analytics, and regulatory workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex financial backend data and highly responsive web interfaces, directly supporting the client's compliance surveillance roadmap.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, optimize, and maintain highly scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, compliance teams, and backend engineers to translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive UI solutions
• Architect and implement reusable UI components, optimizing frontend performance to seamlessly handle real-time market data and trade flows
• Integrate robust REST APIs and manage asynchronous, real-time data streams critical for compliance monitoring systems
• Champion code quality and security standards through regular code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the core UI architecture
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior frontend developers while driving engineering best practices across the team
