As a Protege, you will work inside a Farmers agency, receive hands‑on mentorship, build your sales skills, and earn the opportunity to launch your own Farmers agency after completing production milestones.

What You’ll Do
As a Farmers Protege, you will:

Sell Personal Lines, Life, Commercial, and Specialty insurance products

Develop sales pipelines through warm leads, referrals, community outreach, and marketing tools

Provide personalized insurance solutions and maintain excellent customer service

Build a foundation in insurance operations, marketing, quoting, and compliance

Work closely with an experienced Farmers Agency Owner for training and mentorship

Achieve production benchmarks that qualify you for agency ownership
