Sales Coordinator - Tysons

Summary

Sales Coordinator responsible for supporting merchandise flow management and logistics within the store to contribute to sales performance and maintain brand standards. This role reports to the Assistant Store Director and ensures stock accuracy and smooth inventory operations. The position focuses on organizing stock areas, processing returns and shipments, and supporting inventory controls.
Responsibilities

Follow up and control monthly turning inventories and implement specific action plans
Support the annual inventory process and investigate discrepancies
Maintain consistent stock levels to achieve sales targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold qualitative brand standards
Organize and tidy stock areas and support transfer processes
Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouse
Handle packaging and small stationery orders
Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a stock department
Luxury retail experience required
1-3 years of experience in a retail environment
Retail stockroom experience is a plus
Ability to follow internal logistics procedures and inventory controls
