Athletics Development Lead — Major Gifts & Prospecting

The Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University is recruiting an Assistant Director of Development for Athletics. This role is essential for cultivating and soliciting major gifts to support the Tufts athletics program.
Responsible for identifying and managing a portfolio of 120–150 major gift prospects, the ideal candidate will build strong relationships and develop strategic fundraising plans while collaborating with university staff and volunteers.
The position requires significant travel and a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
