IQVIA is recruiting a

Brand Manager

to act as the

brand lead for one or more specialty care brands

on behalf of

one of our pharmaceutical partners . This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of brand strategy and execution for medicines promoted within specialist healthcare settings, operating in a multi‑country, matrix environment.
The assigned brand(s) sit within a broader partner portfolio spanning

immune‑mediated and inflammatory diseases , including a mix of

injectable biologics and oral advanced therapies . The Brand Manager will be accountable for shaping brand direction, translating insights into action, and delivering effective, compliant marketing activity that supports agreed commercial objectives.
Working closely with

IQVIA cross‑functional teams

and

partner stakeholders , this role requires strong commercial judgement, collaboration and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the

brand lead for one or more assigned brands , with end‑to‑end accountability for strategy and execution
Develop and deliver

integrated brand plans

aligned to partner objectives and portfolio priorities
Translate market, customer and patient insights into clear positioning, messaging and campaigns
Lead

multi‑channel / omnichannel marketing initiatives

across field, digital, congress and remote channels
Ensure consistent, compliant brand storytelling across all customer touchpoints
Work closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance and Operations teams
Collaborate with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and high‑quality execution
Support field teams with approved brand materials and messaging
Manage agencies and vendors, including briefing and delivery of marketing assets
Own brand‑level budgets, forecasts and spend tracking
Monitor performance against KPIs, including campaign effectiveness and ROI
Use data and insights to continuously optimise brand performance
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Ensure all activities comply with

IQVIA SOPs, partner requirements and industry codes
Experience

Experience in

pharmaceutical brand or product management , ideally within specialty or secondary care
Demonstrated experience

leading individual brands

within a broader portfolio
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability
Proven ability to work effectively in

matrix and multi‑stakeholder environments
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Experience in

immunology, gastroenterology or dermatology
Exposure to

multi‑country or regional brand roles
Experience working with

biologic and/or oral therapies
Omnichannel marketing experience within a regulated environment
