We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Operations & Marketing Manager to help drive operational excellence, improve internal systems, support financial workflows, and enhance our brand presence and customer experience.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, improving processes, and contributing directly to company growth.

Responsibilities

Maintain CRM systems, customer records, and maintenance contract data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Support budgeting, financial reporting, payroll coordination, and cash flow management.

Oversee website updates, e-commerce activities, and brand marketing materials.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate tasks, and streamline business operations.

Manage operational processes, including invoicing, purchase orders, accounts payable/receivable, and recurring revenue tracking.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree in Business or Marketing preferred.

Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (ConnectWise experience is a plus).

3–5 or more years of experience in operations, office management, business administration, marketing coordination, or related roles.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Schedule / Shift

Mon–Fri, Every other Friday off.

7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Salary

$60k (DOE).
