Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
5+ years of experience in art direction and design
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
Experience in branding, advertising, and digital media
Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
