Campaign and Events Marketing Coordinator

Company Overview:
At Prytime Medical Devices, we are working to revolutionize the care of severely injured patients by enabling trauma teams to gain control of life-threatening bleeding as a bridge to definitive repair. We partner with leading trauma centers to enable endovascular bleeding control through innovative devices and fanatical customer support. In support of our vision, we design, develop, and commercialize minimally invasive solutions for hemorrhage control, namely through our flagship product, the pREBOA-PRO™ Catheter. We are expanding our team to provide fanatical clinical support to improve outcomes in the trauma and critical care market.

Position Summary:
The Campaign and Events Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will assist in development and implementing strategic and tactical. Initiatives for key products and market segments on a global basis to help drive adoption and growth. This position has a key role within the Marketing department and at the direction of the VP of marketing will take an active role in coordinating the management of a wide range of projects to include but not limited to: development of product literature, launch and management of marketing programs, and managing conferences, symposia, webinars, trade shows and social media.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
As the Campaign and Events Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in developing and launching new programs that help drive product adoption, support customer clinical and product training as well as track results. At the direction of the VP of Marketing, you will schedule and coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics; create, update and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content as well as maintain marketing databases, manage projects and initiatives, and manage the inventory of promotional materials. This position shall have budgeting responsibilities as it pertains to tradeshows, corporate meetings, and other expense budget items within the Marketing Department.

Required Skills and Abilities :
Must have previous medical device marketing experience
Strong project and time management skills
Must be detail oriented
Must have problem-solving abilities and demonstrate confident decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly efficient with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and other platforms beneficial to Marketing; i.e. Adobe Suite, Illustrator, ZOHO, InDesign
Budget administration

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications emphasis preferred.
3-5 Years or more experience, preferably in the medical device field functioning as a Campaign and Events Marketing Coordinator

Other requirements :
Travel: 15– 25%
