Creative Specialist (Video Producer)

Position Overview
Creative Specialist (Video Producer) responsible for producing video content—graphics, photographs, audio, video, and other visual elements—for electronic communications such as promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials distributed through various media outlets.

Peoria, IL (United States)

Travel
Up to 25% domestic and international.

Responsibilities

Create informative and entertaining graphics, photographs, audio, video, and other visual elements for visual communication media within the field.

Interpret customers’ project needs into feasible creative ideas and information; provide recommendations in the creative production process.

Participate in collecting customer needs for creative work and offer suggestions on implementing strategic plans for creative execution.

Adhere to the company’s brand voice and appeal to the target audience to increase public engagement.

Qualifications

Associate’s or technical degree, preferably in graphic design, multimedia or video production.

Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Compensation
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00

Compensation and benefits may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
