Provide personalized styling and sales support on the retail floor, helping customers with fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products. Complete multi-layered training to develop product and sales expertise
Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and styling of merchandise
Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales goals
Build client relationships and loyalty through personalized service
Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
Ensure store standards and operational tasks meet company expectations
Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
Genuine interest in fashion and styling
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
