We are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands‑on sales professional to drive the further growth of two small established and profitable companies within the life sciences sector. This role combines international distributor management in diagnostics with the expansion of analytical and scientific services for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and expand new customer relationships within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostics sectors

Manage and grow international distributor networks

Identify new markets, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships

Represent the companies at international conferences, trade fairs, and industry events

Drive the full business development process from initial outreach to project initiation

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Collaborate closely with executive management and scientific teams

Your Profile

Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline

Several years of experience in business development or technical sales within pharma, diagnostics, biotech, or related industries

Strong understanding of scientific, technical, and regulatory environments (e.g. GMP)

Proven ability to build long‑term customer and partner relationships

Self‑driven, structured, and highly operational working style

Excellent communication skills in both German and English

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
