Provide personalized service and act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor

Achieve individual and store sales goals and meet monthly targets

Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain client records

Mentor colleagues and support the smooth running of the sales ceremony

Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor

Build and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients

Requirements

3+ years of luxury retail sales experience

Strong communication skills

Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear

Excellent product knowledge and understanding of brand history

Proven ability to use CRM and achieve sales targets
