Position: Technical Publications Specialist

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical publications, documentation, or advanced word processing applications
Experience working with or interpreting technical publications required
Working knowledge of aircraft systems or similar technical environments preferred
Intermediate proficiency in general computer systems and typing required
Key Responsibilities
Develop and revise technical content using aircraft technical data under moderate supervision
Support end-to-end documentation workflows, including drafting, editing, and updating content
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and documentation processes
Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on documentation processes and improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical materials
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret and translate technical data into clear, user-friendly documentation
Working knowledge of aircraft system methodology preferred
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Ability to operate effectively under moderate supervision
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension) required
Additional Notes
Experience in aerospace or a highly regulated technical environment is highly desirable
Familiarity with structured documentation or compliance-driven environments is a plus
