Brand Strategist (Positioning & Messaging)
Hybrid – Charlotte, NC (In-office Tues–Thurs weekly | Local candidates only)
You’ll lead brand strategy for B2B clients, translating insights into clear positioning and messaging that drive pipeline, revenue, and long-term brand growth.

This is a

strategy-first, client-facing role

for someone with

agency experience

who can independently lead engagements, guide stakeholders, and connect brand decisions to measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Define

brand positioning, messaging architecture, and narrative frameworks

Lead

discovery sessions with executive stakeholders

Translate insights into

integrated brand strategies

across the customer journey

Align brand strategy with

demand generation, pipeline, and ROI

Develop

strategic briefs and direction

for creative and content teams

Conduct

competitive and category analysis

to inform differentiation

What We’re Looking For

3+ years

in brand strategy roles

2+ years in an agency environment (required)

Experience developing

positioning, messaging, and brand strategy frameworks for mid-market or enterprise-level clients

Understanding of how brand connects to

pipeline, ROI, and CAC

Ability to manage

multiple client engagements

in a fast-paced environment
