ASIC Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive ASIC design wins and revenue growth.
Build and maintain executive relationships with key semiconductor, AI, and system companies.
Collaborate closely with technical, project, and marketing teams to deliver full-turnkey ASIC solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.
Requirements
7+ years in semiconductor or ASIC sales/business development.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding hundreds of millions dollar sales targets.
Strong technical understanding of ASIC design, SoC integration, or semiconductor manufacturing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in EE or related field (MBA preferred).
