Job Description:
Creative Project Manager III
Location: San Francisco, California (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation: $54 - $64 hourly
Role Overview
An experienced Project Manager is sought to bring structure, efficiency, and optimization to operational workflows for a creative team. This role will guide operational projects through their entire lifecycle. Candidates must have attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with team members, managers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and workshops.
- Analyze current operational workflows to identify and implement improvements.
- Develop and manage communication plans and schedules for team leadership.
- Maintain and update onboarding documentation for new team members.
- Regularly review team operational procedures and provide actionable suggestions for improvement.
- Monitor, track, and support multiple projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate driving projects to completion, including team-wide system and process initiatives.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain project plans, process documentation, and presentations.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience is required.
Education: No specific degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM/PSM certification.
- A demonstrated passion for sound is a plus.
