As an Account Manager for Heather Montagne State Farm, you are not just servicing accounts — you are driving growth. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
Conduct policy reviews and uncover cross-sell opportunities
Identify customer needs and confidently recommend coverage solutions
Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and warm leads
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly production goals
Resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
Insurance sales or account management experience preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and closing skills
