Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00

Role Overview
The Art Director leads a team of designers, determining artistic elements, articulating vision, reviewing and approving copy, designs, or photography, developing budgets and timelines, and translating creative concepts into compelling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Generate clear ideas and concepts

Produce sketches, storyboards, and mock‑ups to visualize ideas

Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences

Collaborate with the creative team across media types

Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

Manage and delegate responsibilities to designers and provide direction

Present completed ideas to clients, team, and the creative director

Stay current on trends and maintain best practices

Comply with mandatory trainings and adhere to related deadlines

Critical Competencies for Success

Proven experience as an Art Director

Hands‑on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout, print production, image selection, and package design

Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

Ability to incorporate feedback and give constructive direction

Team player with strong communication and presentation skills

Education / Qualifications

BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design, or a relevant field
