About the Company

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures were born from a simple but radical idea: real food can heal — people, animals, and the planet. When Paleovalley co‑founders Autumn and Chas Smith saw how industrialized food was affecting human health and the health of the land, they refused to play along. Autumn’s own journey of healing through nutrient‑dense foods lit a fire that became Paleovalley. From there, the mission grew roots, sprouted wings, and eventually expanded into Wild Pastures to bring regeneratively raised meats directly to families nationwide.

Today, Paleovalley crafts deeply nourishing snacks and supplements made with organic ingredients and honorable sourcing. Wild Pastures connects small American farmers practicing regenerative agriculture with customers who believe better food is worth fighting for. Every product, every partnership, and every decision is guided by a commitment to real ingredients, regenerative practices, and the belief that health is built from the soil up.

We’re a team of grounded doers, curious thinkers, bold builders, and warm humans who like to laugh while doing meaningful work. We're growing quickly, fueled by purpose and a shared desire to repair the food system one thoughtful choice at a time. If you feel energized by impact, drawn to mission, and ready to join a company rewriting the future of food, we’d love to meet you!

About the Opportunity

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures are seeking an exceptional Creative Director to lead and elevate the visual expression of our brands as we scale across direct‑to‑consumer, retail, and omnichannel distribution.

This role is responsible for bringing our brand to life visually — ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a cohesive, compelling, and high‑quality creative identity. From digital experiences and marketing campaigns to packaging and retail presence, this person will define how our brand shows up in the world.

We are not looking for a brand strategist or messaging owner — our brand story, positioning, and voice are already established. Instead, we need a hands‑on creative leader and exceptional designer who can translate that foundation into a powerful, unified visual system and lead the execution of high‑impact creative across the business. The Creative Director will partner closely with Growth, Retention, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to ensure creative both elevates the brand and performs across channels. This role will play a critical part in finalizing and operationalizing our rebrand, ensuring both Paleovalley and Wild Pastures are visually cohesive, distinct where needed, and built to scale into retail.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing and the ability to operate within that reality. Not all high‑performing creative will perfectly align with brand guidelines — and that’s okay. The right candidate knows how to balance brand integrity with performance, partnering with Growth teams to evolve creative in a way that improves results over time without disrupting what’s already working. This is a highly visible, high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design excellence, creative direction, and marketing performance.
