Job Summary
We are hiring a PPC Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and paid media strategy to drive scalable, high-ROI campaigns. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who thrives in data-driven environments and has a proven track record of optimizing and scaling paid acquisition channels.
You will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Manage multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn as needed)
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
Design and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights through reporting
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize performance
Implement and oversee conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
Collaborate with design, content, and CRO teams to improve funnel performance
Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices
Requirements
5+ years of experience in PPC / Paid Media Management
Proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and attribution models
Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaign performance
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization principles
Experience with tools such as Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or eCommerce environments is preferred
