Trove Brands is seeking a highly analytical and forward‑thinking Associate SEO & GEO & Owned Media Manager to lead and execute organic growth strategies across multiple brands, including BlenderBottle, Whiskware, EcoBrite, and Oath Nutrition.
Key responsibilities
Own the development and execution of traditional SEO and emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies, ensuring success across search engines and AI‑driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
Build and manage end‑to‑end SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical improvements, and content optimization.
Design and implement GEO strategies to improve brand visibility in AI‑generated answers and conversational search experiences.
Optimize website content and structure to improve indexing, ranking, and AI retrieval performance.
Develop and manage owned media strategies such as blogs, landing pages, and educational content to drive organic growth.
Partner with content and creative teams to produce content that performs across both search engines and AI platforms and build scalable content frameworks that support both SEO rankings and GEO discoverability.
Track and analyze performance across traditional organic search and GEO visibility, identify opportunities through data and user behavior, and lead ongoing testing and experimentation to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Ensure consistent application of SEO and GEO best practices across multiple brands and teams.
Partner with digital marketing, product, and development teams and act as the internal subject‑matter expert on SEO, GEO, and organic growth.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in SEO and GEO, organic growth, or content strategy roles.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and technical SEO.
Demonstrated experience with GEO, AI search, and emerging discovery platforms.
Experience executing content and owned media strategies that drive organic traffic, with familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Strong data‑analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
Strong written communication skills.
Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end.
