Join our team as a Social & Video Creator where you will take ownership of our weekly social calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube. You will produce engaging short-form videos, utilizing Klue's studio setup, and manage the entire production pipeline from concept to publication. This role offers you the chance to lead significant projects such as docuseries and ad campaigns, while coordinating with external editors and animators. With a strong emphasis on storytelling and social-native instincts, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities

Own weekly social calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube.
Produce, film, and edit short-form video content.
Lead major projects from concept to publish.
Manage shoot logistics and full production pipeline.
Coordinate with external editors and animators.
Extract and repurpose content for distribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Practical experience in shooting and editing professional-grade video.
Strong creative eye for framing and visual quality.
Understanding of social media performance metrics.
Ability to manage production pipeline and calendar effectively.
Experience with B2B content and motion graphics is a plus.
