Marketing Communications Specialist

We are partnering with a growing organization to add a Marketing Communications Specialist to the team. This role will support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, events, and internal communications. It’s a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple channels and contributing to a variety of marketing programs.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-office (3 days per week) and remote work (2 days per week).


Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, and print channels
  • Assist with content creation including marketing collateral, presentations, and customer-facing materials
  • Help coordinate product or service launches, including supporting materials and internal communications
  • Update and manage website content, landing pages, and digital assets
  • Maintain and support CRM and marketing platforms, including data management and reporting
  • Assist with planning and execution of events such as trade shows, meetings, and industry conferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and customer experience initiatives
  • Support customer feedback programs and reporting, helping identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage and organize marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy across channels
  • Assist with tracking marketing performance metrics and campaign results
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking for marketing initiatives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing efforts (digital and traditional)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience managing website content or digital platforms is preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams
