Job Summary
Seeking a facilitator of the customer journey through the loan process and all aspects of product delivery before, during, and after closing. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the customer’s point‑of‑contact, establishing strong relationships by providing exceptional levels of service and support through phone, in‑person, and digital channels. Responsibilities include monetary accounting activities, addressing customer inquiries, assisting with customer‑facing technology, and overall management of office operations. You will coordinate application processing from submission through obtaining signatures.

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Assistance

Accurately document customer interactions and see them through to resolution.

Promote core products, services, and digital tools to generate referrals.

Provide sales support for the sales team.

Monetary Activities

Follow protocols to prevent fraud and risk, ensuring appropriate authorization forms are signed.

Document and process all monetary transactions, such as payments and wire transfers.

Address customer inquiries related to payments, interest, and account changes; resolve overdrafts and past‑due accounts as needed.

Loan Application and Line of Credit Processing

Coordinate new loan applications from submission to obtaining signatures.

Enter applications into appropriate systems and gather necessary financial, legal, and identification documentation.

Administer renewal processes, requesting financial information, submitting documents, and verifying customer‑provided financials.

Coordinate with teammates to ensure renewal documents are prepared.

Renew operating lines of credit.

Office Operations

Manage invoices, maintain office supplies, and coordinate loan file record retention.

Provide administrative support to team leaders and teammates.

Validate vendor identification and work orders; coordinate facility service requests.

Manage pooled vehicles by scheduling maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

Education : Preferred associate’s degree in business, finance, or related major, or equivalent work experience.

Experience : Minimum of two years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
