Primary Function
The Sales Coordinator position provides support and coordination to the client in all rental equipment needs. The role ensures that all rental related functions of the branch are conducted efficiently, accurately, and promptly. It offers an opportunity to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for future roles in sales and/or management.
Required Education & Skills
Desire to work in outside sales
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills
Ability to multi‑task and work on many different projects at one time
Willingness to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for a future role in sales and/or management
Primary Duties
Assist Sales Representatives and Branch Management with coordinating all rental equipment (and accessories) inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
Act as liaison between customers and other departments in the branch to ensure customer expectations are met, exceeded, and goodwill is maintained for future business.
Responsible for RentalMan system management of all on/off rents.
Dispatch service calls for delivery, equipment pickup, parts, and maintenance.
Monitor accounts receivable reports.
Create and monitor rental contracts and delivery tickets.
Continuously grow knowledge of company products, inventory, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
