The Channel Sales Associate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through CPA referral partnerships and direct engagement with small business owners.
This role combines relationship development, prospecting, field sales, and consultative solution selling. The successful candidate will work closely with CPA firms and local business owners to identify payroll and HR solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
This is a hybrid field-based role requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and comfort working in a highly active sales environment.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with CPA referral partners
Generate and develop new business opportunities
Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings
Present payroll and HR software solutions
Prospect within assigned territory
Maintain pipeline activity and forecasting within Salesforce
Manage activity metrics and sales goals
Develop relationships with small business owners
Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and client success
Stay current on product offerings and industry trends
The Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
12 years of B2B sales experience preferred
Experience working against a quota
Comfortable prospecting and generating new business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment
Preferred Qualifications
SaaS, payroll, HCM, staffing, telecom, merchant services, insurance, or banking experience
CRM or Salesforce experience
Recent graduates from sales programs encouraged to apply
Strong professionalism and presentation ability

$30K variable compensation at 100% quota
