Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized communicator looking to kickstart your career in client services? We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the day-to-day bridge between our clients and our internal delivery teams.
This is an entry-to-junior-level position perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of account management, master client communication, and grow within a supportive, fully remote environment. If you love keeping projects on track and making clients smile, we want to hear from you!
Client Support & Communication:
- Serve as the primary, daily point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular email, phone, and video check-ins.
- Gather client feedback, answer day-to-day questions, and ensure their needs are being met.
Project & Account Coordination:
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure we are meeting our promises to the client.
- Coordinate directly with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, etc.) to smoothly pass information back and forth.
- Help onboard new clients, ensuring they have a seamless and welcoming introduction to our company.
Problem Solving & Reporting:
- Proactively flag potential delays or issues to senior management and assist in finding quick solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM.
- Prepare simple, regular status reports for clients and internal leadership to showcase project progress.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, administrative support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred (but relevant experience/attitude trumps a degree!).
- Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills. You can draft a professional, warm email in your sleep.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple small tasks without letting things drop.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new digital tools. Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) or project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello) is a major plus.
- 100% Remote Work: Work from the comfort of your home anywhere in the US or Canada.
- Growth & Mentorship: Direct training from senior leadership with a clear pathway to move into a senior Account Manager role.
- Flexible Culture: A supportive, results-oriented team environment.
